Recently, the whole Cook family went to a neat street fair in Old Towne, Alexandria. There was booth after booth of all manner of art and artistic creations.

FCC Culture Day, 2007

On Saturday, we all went to the FCC Alexandria "Culture Day." By far, the highlight of the event were the Dragons and Lions. Rebecca was captivated by the monsters, and the way the dancers inside them made them move to the drum beats. I think this is the first time that a performance of any sort held her complete attention for the duration. Afterward, she was able to meet a lion up close and personal.
