When Might Our Referral Come?

[SLC: ] The Rumor Queen site is now posting the following research on when referrals might come this month. Our referral will surely be in this batch, so it is frustrating to see the data so scattered:

2 agencies saying they will be here before Christmas.
1 agency saying they will be here right after Christmas.

2 agencies saying they won’t be here until after the first of the year.

[CEC:] Today we received a letter from our agency saying that Colleen McLain will be leaving our agency as of the end of the year. She felt the end of the year was a good time for transition. Tina Ji, will become our new Director of International programs. It seems like Tina Ji might be Chinese. She graduated from Peking University in 1989 with her law degree and received her LLM from the University of Virginia's Law in 1999. We are heartbroken Colleen is leaving but welcome Tina Ji as of January 4, 2007. Finally, Ms. Ji also developed humanitarian programs in China which currently trains foster parents to care for over 100 children in non-institutional settings. She has led efforts to help many orphanages improve conditions for children, including provision of medical care.
