Latest analysis of possible CCAA progress this month

Rumor Queen this morning is granting an r4 ("you can feel good about it") rating to the following: the rumor that says referrals will get through at least an 8/23/2005 log-in date. This rumor is not saying that the cut-off is 8/23. It is just saying that 8/23 will be included in this batch. This rumor also says that referrals should arrive early next week.

This is very close to us, it might even possibly include us!
