CCAA Website Not Updated For July

The CCAA Website does not seem to have updated for July. However, the following claims were made on the BarkerChina Yahoo group. If matches have been made up through 7/13/05 log-in dates, CCAA would be maintaining a speed of 2-weeks per month. That would be relatively good news. These statements are on Yahoo, not from Barker. (We have an email in to Barker, to see if there is any outside confirmation of these claims):

Hi everyone,
...Here we are in July of 2006 and today, July 31st, families that submitted their paperwork through July 13th are receiving their referrals, making the wait time 12.5 months.
(Announcements of referrals started on Friday, July 28th but the bulk will be announced today.)
...Here are some facts:
China has stated that there are less children available for international adoption and more families requesting children. (Not all the children in the orphanages are put up for international adoption.)
CCAA has moved its offices over the past 2 weeks and we are told that in the new office there will be better computer equipment.
China tries to keep the number of International Adoptions around 10,000 per year...
