Robin Bartko & Thinking of Adopting

Robin Bartko offers some interesting classes that are teleclasses. I took some interesting classes thus far and am signed up for one on the orphanage child by a pediatrican. I also recently did a course on the referral process with Robin Bartko the director of Thinking of Adopting. She adopted from Russia. It was Dennis Barkto whose class actually helped Steve really launch our blog.

An aside: Today, we met a dear friend from YDS and her daughter Naomi who was was adopted. She was so adorable and we visited in a beautiful house in close to where we live. The house was beautifully decorated with bunnies. Here is a photo:

For those of you not familiar with teleclasses there are computer images and also you are coached by telephone. You can questions by typing them into the computer and or interrupting the group class by saying this Catherine, "I have a question." You can also mute yourself out if you have a lot of noise in your environment. I am blessed to not have noise.

Aside: Friends of ours had a baby and we plan to bring them fish and chips upcoming.

Here is the link to Robin's site. She is a cool lady with a lot of excellent resources to share. She treats people well which makes a difference. She also shares how scared she was to adopt, and her enormous joy in doing so. Thanks Robin and Dennis for making the world a brighter place.
